First and foremost, we have no investors. Nada. Our company is run by people who genuinely care. We care about you—that’s our core value. Your success is our success. We hire individuals who share the same morals that define our company and have the skills to prove it.
We uphold security and privacy by default, relying almost entirely on non-intrusive software across our corporate and public service stacks. That means no data sales—ever. At Nathanael, security, privacy, and people are at the core of everything we do. That’s who we are, simplified.

Beyond these core values, we believe your interactions with us should be seamless and frustration-free. Here’s how:
- You will never receive a “no-reply” response from us.
- We will never sell your information to third parties.
- Every email from our staff will include a proper signature with contact details—no hiding.
- You won’t have to log into a system just to get customer service.
- You can chat with a real human in a single click—we won’t hide behind an online portal.
- Every single email we send—you can reply to, and you’ll hear back from a real person.

Why
We’re not some trendy, socially-driven “benefit corporation” pushing a vague mission to "democratize" something. We’re not self-proclaimed visionaries or trying to market ourselves as overly empathetic saints. We’re just honest about our motives.
We understand that our clients often face frustrating IT challenges. Our job is to make those problems disappear—both now and in the future. We streamline our interactions, eliminate unnecessary hassle, and uphold security and privacy by default, so our clients never have to worry about their data falling into the wrong hands.
Ultimately, our mission is deceptively simple: providing a smooth, trustworthy exchange of money for quality services.
As for our name? It’s not just because it happens to be Darren’s last name [though that’s cool and all]. We believe this company is a God-given opportunity, and we strive to run it according to His principles.
Are we the best we can be? No. Not yet. We’ve accomplished great things, but we still have a long way to go. We constantly evaluate where we fall short and work to improve.
